PHYSICS DIVERSITY SUMMIT
Purpose
Faculty, program directors, professional society leaders, recruiters as well as government and corporate officials are invited to attend the Physics Diversity Summit.
This event is intended to bring together key stakeholders in the US physics enterprise and consider some of the policy issues impacting the drive to bring about a diverse physics workforce. Attendees will include physics department chairs, professional society leaders, federal program officers, and corporate leaders,
Expected Outcome
Construction of a coalition of university, corporate, government and professional society partners to advocate for effective policies, programs and practices to achieve a diverse physics workforce.
